We just wanted a speaker that sounds really good.
In 2021, we were three engineering students, passionate about music and sound. We spent our weekends at parties, rehearsals, and events.
And we were frustrated.
The speakers were either powerful but messy.
Or high-quality but prohibitively expensive.
Or full of features… but not really built to last.
So we decided to build our own.
We started with sound.
We weren't trying to do "more."
We were trying to do better.
We chose reliable European components. We tested, measured, adjusted. Again and again. We learned by doing. We made mistakes. We improved.
Even today, every speaker passes through our hands. Because for us, sound is not a marketing argument.
It's the very purpose of the product.
We chose to manufacture here.
NOX is based in Tourcoing. Our speakers are designed, assembled and tested in our workshops.
Producing in France is more complicated. But it allows us to control everything.
Quality. Technical choices. Monitoring.
And most importantly, it allows us to stay close to you.
We chose sustainability
We've seen too many speakers end up in the closet because of a simple breakdown. So, we made the opposite choice.
Our speakers are designed to be opened. To be repaired. By you, or by us.
If something goes wrong, you contact us. You speak directly to the team that designs them. We look for a solution together.
We prefer to repair rather than replace.
And above all, we're a team of passionate people

We design, we test, we assemble — but above all, we communicate.
We prioritize human contact. We take the time to advise, discuss, and explain. We prefer to do things properly rather than quickly.
Because a good product is not born in haste.
